Q: How can I pay in a different currency?

A: You can change your currency by scrolling to the very bottom of the page. There you will find a currency selector.

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently, we are only shipping within Canada and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: All requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours within placing the order. Please contact us to do so.

 

Q: My school can't pay for resources with a credit card. Can I still order?

A: Yes, simply request a quote here and we can help facilitate your order.

 

Q: How do I submit a purchase order?

A: Please first request a quote here and we'll be happy to help.

 

Q: How can I make bulk purchases?

Magazine Subscriptions

Q: When will I receive my magazine?

A: Depending on when you subscribed, you will receive the magazine beginning mid-September or mid-March.

 

Q: What is your publishing schedule?

A: We publish our digital magazine bi-monthly: January, March, May, July, September, and November. The March and September issues are also available in print.

 

Q: Can I purchase a gift subscription for someone?

A: Yes! You can find it here. Be sure to enter the recipient's address in the shipping section.

 

Q: How can I purchase multiple gift subscriptions?

A: You must purchase each gift subscription as a separate order.
